Tanoh Kpassagnon 🇺🇬🇨🇮
American Football - Kansas City Chiefs
Tanoh is a first generation African football player for the Kansas City Chiefs. His college career was spent at Villanova University. He graduated from Villanova with a finance and accounting degree, and went on to be a 2nd round draft pick in the 2017 draft by the Kansas City Chiefs (59 overall). This year he helped the team to a Super Bowl win! Off the field, Tanoh is hoping to make a difference in the countries he is originally from. He has visited both Uganda and the Ivory Coast numerous times and has seen the suffering of his people there. He wants to help the less fortunate by being a role model and a beacon of hope.

Skye Nicolson 🇦🇺
Boxing - Team Australia
Skye is a 23-year-old Australian boxer from Queensland who has represented Australia on a number of occassions in the featherweight division. She recently won the Gold Medal at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. She also managed to take home bronze at the 2016 Light Featherweight World Championship in Astana. She loves boxing as it opened up doors for her that she couldn't even imagine when she was younger. She wants to do her part in giving other girls like her the same sporting opportunities she was lucky enough to get when growing up.

CJ Sapong 
Soccer - Nashville SC
CJ is a professional soccer player for Nashville SC and the founder of Sacred Seeds Inc. During his career, he has represented Sporting Kansas City, Orlando City, Chicago Fire, and Philadelphia Union. During that time, he was named Rookie of the Year in 2011, he made 4 appearances for the US Men’s National Team, and he became an MLS and Open Cup Champion. Off the field, CJ has realized the importance of healthy eating and, as a result, founded Sacred Seeds. Sacred Seeds is a way for urban communities to come together and heal through growing their own food.

Richard Chiassaro 🇬🇧
Wheelchair Racing - Team Great Britain
Richard is a British T54 wheelchair racer for Team Great Britain. Richard holds the British record for the 200m, and the British and European records for the 400m, 800m and 1500m. He also managed to win gold in the 200m and silver in the 100m, 400m, and the 800m at the European Championships in 2016. Not only that, he also has a World Championship bronze medal to his name and came 4th at the Rio Paralympics in the 400m! Richard also runs a disability squad to help people from ages 5-50+ get into sport. It has become the biggest wheelchair racing squad in the UK and he has now expanded the squad to include a wheelchair basketball team (which just won the Division 3 league and got promoted to Division 2). Richard has voluntarily run the operation to make a difference and to provide people with disabilities a chance to take part in sport.

Gina Lewandowski 🇺🇸
Soccer - Sky Blue FC
Gina is a professional American soccer player representing Sky Blue FC in the NWSL. She started her career at Lehigh University where she graduated with a degree in biology and as the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year. Her efforts earned her a trial and eventually a place on the team with German side, FFC Frankfurt. After 5 years there, she returned to America briefly for a stint with the Western New York Flash before the WPS folded. After that, she signed for one of the biggest teams in the world, Bayern Munich. She spent 7 years there solidifying her place in the team, earning 115 apps and scoring 18 goals. She just returned to the US, signing for NWSL side, Sky Blue FC. Aside from soccer, Gina works with Goal Five, Underdogs United, and Dynamic Catholic to make a difference in the world!

Robert "Turbo" Turbin 
American Football - FCF Beasts
Robert is a professional american football player who entered the NFL as a 4th round pick to the Seattle Seahawks in the 2012 draft. He's also played for the Indianapolis Colts and had short stints with the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys. Currently, he is an active NFL Free Agent playing in the FCFL. Aside from that, he works in entertainment covering sports on TV and Radio for the likes of CBS, ESPN, and other networks. One main staple in regards to my career on and off the field has been my foundation, The Runnin4u Foundation. Giving back to the community and those less who are less fortunate has always been of huge importance to me. My foundation supports people who have been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Sclerosis. As well as a heavy involvement in youth sports through the Robert Turbin Football Academy.

Pernilla Winberg 🇸🇪
Ice Hockey - Team Sweden
Pernilla is a Swedish professional ice hockey player for Swedish first division side, LHC Dam. She has made a total of 318 appearances for Team Sweden, representing her country 4 times at the Olympics - winning 1 silver medal and winning 2 World Championship bronze medals as well. She has also won 3 Swedish Championships and was named the 2010 Player of the Year in Sweden. Prior to playing professionally, she played and studied for 4 years at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Aside from hockey, Pernilla works for Idrott utan gränser (sport without borders), an organization which helps develop young children in her community through sports, and she runs hockey camps in the summer to provide sporting opportunities for those who may struggle to find some otherwise.

Francisco "Fran" Sol Ortiz 🇪🇸
Soccer - Dynamo Kyiv FC
Fran is a professional Spanish soccer player for Ukrainian side Dynamo Kyiv FC. He started his career at Real Madrid where he signed at the age of 10. He made his way up to Real Madrid C and also played out on loan in the third division for Lugo and Oviedo before signing for Villareal. Fran played 73 games for their B team scoring 26 times before earning a call-up for the first team. From there he signed for Dutch 1st division side Willem II. After a few very successful campaigns scoring 39 goals in 79 games, he signed for Dynamo Kyiv FC earlier this year where he is currently playing. For Kyiv, he managed to score the goal that sent them through the final 16 of the Europa League and he scored on his league debut as well. Off the field, Fran wants to help raise money for low-income families in need.

Gabi Simpson 🇦🇺
Netball - Queensland Firebirds
Gabi is a 3-time Firebirds Fans' Player of the Year who has established herself as the country's premier wing defense. Gabi cemented her spot in Firebirds folklore with a legendary double extra time intercept in the 2016 ANZ Championship grand final. The grab set teammate Romelda Aiken up to ice the game and bag Queensland a historic back-to-back championship win. Gabi's leadership prowess was recently recognised with her appointment to the Vice Captain role of the Australian Diamonds. In 2017, Gabi was awarded the Liz Ellis Diamond, the award given to Australia's best player of the year. Gabi is the highest ranked wing defense over a number of key statistics and has been an integral member of the Firebirds through out every games of the 2017 season. Gabi has been part of numerous initiatives which aim to empower girls to participate in sport and achieve their dreams.

Lisa Mary Authie 🇫🇷
Inline Skating - Team France
Lisa is a professional inline skater from the south of France. At only 23 years of age, she has already won the French Championship 4 times and managed a 4th place finish at the most recent World Championships. Her sport means everything to her and she loves pushing herself to her limits, and channel her stress in a positive manner through inline skating. She also represents the French National Team at competitions around the world, which is something that she considers one of the biggest possible honors. Aside from inline skating, Lisa is passionate about gender equity and hopes to inspire more girls and women to take up sports.

Siddhanth Thimalaya 
Track & Field - Team India
Siddhanth is a professional hurdler who competes for Team India. His events are the 60m and the 110m hurdles. He has broken the Indian record 14 times and is the current record holder. He is an Asian Games medallist at the junior and senior levels and he has also represented his country at the World Championships in 2010, 2017 and 2018. Off the track, Siddhanth is passionate about physical activity and healthy living. He has been involved with the Fit India Movement to encourage children and people of all ages to take up regular physical activity and healthy habits.

Emma Starr 
Soccer - FFC Vorderland
Emma is a professional soccer player playing for Crystal Palace FC in England. She was part of the ODP Regional team for 6 years, traveling to national camps all over the US. She played 4 years of DI soccer for George Mason University, where she totalled 64 games and was team captain. She continued her career in the UK, playing for Galway United where she was named 'Player of the Year.' She then moved to BSF in Denmark for a season before returning to the UK. She is passionate about the environment and is currently working with Gone West, an organization that plants trees in order to offset the carbon damage that traveling can produce. In her free time, she travels and hikes Europe’s most challenging mountains. Thus far, she has been to 26 different countries.

Ebiye Jeremy Udo-Udoma🇳🇬🇺🇸
Handball & Touch Rugby - Team USA
EJ is a former pro freestyler turned two-sport Team USA athlete. EJ is a 1st generation Nigerian-American, who started out as a sports model for Nike, Adidas, New Era, Powerade etc. He specialized in basketball commercials and after winning the 2012 Harlem Globetrotters Online Talent Search in 2012, a scout steered EJ towards a Team USA Handball try-out. He went on to debut at 20 and has represented the US Handball team multiple times, won gold at the Pan-Am’s with the US Beach Handball team, and even had a number of goals go viral. EJ also plays touch rugby for the LA Royals with which he won the 2017 National Championship & earned a spot at the 2019 World Cup with Team USA. EJ is also a beach handball ambassador promoting the sport in hopes of geting it added to the Olympics.

Elke Vanhoof 🇧🇪
BMX Racing - Team Belgium
Elke is a professional BMX racer from Belgium. She took up the sport in 2000 and started dominating locally and nationally in Belgium at a very young age. She continued to progress over the years and in 2015 she was crowned the champion of Europe, winning gold at the UCI BMX European Championships. She has also earned medals at countless competitions locally and nationally. Her exploits have also earned her a position on Team Belgium and she represented her country at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Aside from competing, she has her own company called Project 91 BMX, which provides coaching and training, and runs camps for children to get them excited about BMX riding. She has also run exclusive events for young girls to get them more involved in the sport.

Adam Buksa 🇵🇱
Soccer - New England Revolution
Adam is a Polish soccer player currently playing for MLS side, New England Revolution. He grew up in Krakow where he played for 3 different teams before signing for one of the biggest teams in Poland, Wisla Krakow, at 16. After a successful season there, he signed for Italian side, Novara Calcio. After impressing with Novara and the Polish Youth National Team, he moved back to Poland where he has gone on to represent three 1st division teams. He earned his first cap for the senior men's Polish National Team earlier this year. Adam is passionate about religious freedom and wants to use his platform to remind the world that religion is about peace and not violence.

Sammy Oliech 🇰🇪
Rugby - Team Kenya
Sammy is a Kenyan rugby player who plays for the Resolution Impala Saracens club and has also represented Kenya in a number of XVs test matches, at the IRB World Sevens Series and the 2016 Rio Olympics. He is currently completing a degree in computing and hoping to dive further into cyber security. Sammy has a number of interests, one big one being charity work. He has been heavily involved with Coninx's amazing 1Metre1Litre campaign which aims to provide clean drinking water to the people in Kenya. Sammy is extremely passionate about bettering the conditions for people in his home country. He describes himself as an overall lover of life and someone who is always looking to spread joy and happiness to others. We agree! P.S. He loves pandas!

Simon Lawson 🇬🇧
Wheelchair Racing - Team Great Britain
Simon is an ex-British Motocross Racing champion who tragically broke his spine at the age of 19 and became paralysed. However, that wouldn’t slow him down and affect his love for sports. Simon is now a T53 wheelchair road racer for Team Great Britain, with whom he is a Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, and he is also a British Marathon record holder with a crazy impressive time of 1:25:06. Simon likes to see the positive side of life and uses all the adversity he has faced in life to inspire others to never give up and to take on new challenges. He is heavily involved with a number of schools across the UK where he has been a motivational speaker to children.

Andrew Perez🇺🇸🇨🇺🇩🇴
Baseball - White Sox
Andrew is a 21-year-old Dominican, Cuban and American pitcher in the Chicago White Sox Organization from Orlando, Florida. He started out at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where he studied and played for three years. His impressive junior and senior year performances earned him a contract with the White Sox after being picked in the 8th round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He is very devoted and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those around him. He is very passionate about bettering the environment and giving everyone around him the opportunity to excel. He has faced adversity throughout his entire life and career which has taught him how precious life is and to empower those that he can around him.

Michael Lahoud 🇸🇱🇺🇸
Soccer - San Antonio FC
Michael is a former professional soccer player and current sports broadcaster. He is originally from Sierra Leone, who he has represented at the senior national team level on multiple occasions. He has had a extremely successful career during which he has represented the likes of Chivas USA, Philadelphia Union, New York Cosmos, Miami FC, and FC Cincinnati. He is also a dedicated and passionate humanitarian. He is an ambassador for Beyond Sport, and was awarded the FIFPro Merit Award in 2015 and the North American Soccer League's Humanitarian of the Year award in 2016 for his work building schools in Sierra Leone. He is extremely passionate about giving back and is always the first to volunteer for team events and get involved in the community in any way he can!

Seffie Bakker 🇳🇱
Field Hockey - KHC Dragons
Seffie is a field hockey player, freestyler, and influencer from the Netherlands. She is 15 years old and plays for the KHC Dragons in the highest division in Belgium. She is also a competitive crossfit athlete in her spare time. Seffie is also passionate about raising awareness for ME/CFS, a chronic disease that is characterized by profound fatigue, sleep abnormalities, pain, and other symptoms that are made worse by exertion. Her mom is currently battling this terrible disease, so she wants to do something about it. There is no cure as of yet, but she wants to raise awareness and then money towards research in order to change that.

Avery Ellis 🇺🇸
American Football - Ottawa Redblacks
Avery is a professional football player for the Ottawa Redblacks in the CFL. His college career was spent at Temple University, where he was a captain and was elected to be on Temple’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. In 2016, Avery was acquired by the Redblacks, and he’s gone on to lead his team in various defensive stat categories. He helped lead the Redblacks to the 2018 Eastern Final and the Grey Cup Championship. Off the field, Avery is a passionate philanthropist. He’s involved with the local youth through camps and is an ambassador for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada. Avery’s passion for art and reading have molded him into the influencer he is today.

Tyrone Pillay 🇿🇦
Paralympic Shotput - Team South Africa
Tyrone is a shotputter representing South Africa. He has accrued a silver, bronze and two gold medals at South African National Championships, gold at the IPC Grand Prix in Brazil and silver at the one in Germany, gold at the All-African Games and also bronze at the Rio Paralympics. He still holds the South African and African records, and was named the South African Sportsman of the Year and the Sports Personality of the Year in 2014. Aside from his incredible athletic prowess, Tyrone is also a passionate philanthropist. He is an ambassador for Jumping Kids, which provides prosthetic limbs to kids in need, and CANSA, which raises money in the fight against cancer.

Maya Reddy 🇺🇸🇮🇳
Golf
Maya is a queer South Asian former professional golfer, LGBTQ+ athlete activist, Athlete Ally Professional Ambassador, founder of the Queer Asian Social Club, and a Toll Public Interest Scholar in the UPenn Law School. She is a 3x NCAA All-American and gained status on the Symetra Tour before having to take a step back due to its exclusive culture and the harm it caused her. She focused her pain on fighting for and becoming an advocate for LGBTQ-inclusive policies in sports. She decided to pursue a law degree to strengthen her work in inclusive policy formation, advocacy, and litigation defending trans and queer athletes. I work intimately with and around sports, advocating for a more inclusive golf and sports world; it is my passion for all that I do.

Ferjani Safi 

Panna
Ferjani is a 21-year-old professional panna player from Italy and Tunisia. He started playing the sport at the age of 15 after being amazed by it after seeing a tournament in his hometown. Only 2 years after he started playing, he already won the International Superball Tournament in 2017. The next year he came third at the Belgian Championship and the year after he became the Vice European Champion. Needless to say, he's a natural. He’s hoping to improve on his third place finish and become the Belgian Champion and then eventually the World Champion. Besides his silky moves that have gone viral on numerous occassions, Ferjani hopes to make a difference in the world by combating poverty. He hopes to use his platform one day to help those in need.

Cameron Wurf 🇦🇺
Ironman Triathlete
Cameron just may be the world's best multi-sport athlete. One year before his Olympic debut, Cameron won gold in the under 23 category for lightweight double scull at the World Championships. Post Athens Cam's rowing career and Beijing dreams were temporarily suspended due to a wrist injury which required surgery. Cam soon swapped his boat for a bike and was wearing Green and Gold in a new sport. In August 2015, Cam entered Ironman Whistler with little training and won his age group. Cam went on to set a new Kona Ironman Bike Course Record and most recently set the Ironman Australia Course Record.

Daniela Jentsch 🇩🇪
Curling - Team Germany
Daniela is a German professional curler for Team Germany and Team Jentsch. Last year, she captained her team to one of their most successful years ever. They managed to take home gold at the German Championships, gold at the Qinghai Elite tournament, bronze at the European Championships, and they managed two more semi-final finishes as well! Daniela is a product of the military and is actually still an active member of the German Armed Forces. Besides being an elite athlete, Daniela is a mother of two and a passionate philanthropist. She is an active supporter of Red Nose Day and Right To Play which both aim to aid children worldwide.

Irene Jean Santos 🇵🇭
WBFF Pro
Irene Jean Santos is a Filipino WBFF Pro Fitness Athlete, Personal Trainer and Model. She competed in her first bikini competition in 2013 in the Natural Northeast Body Building Championship. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF Fitness Atlantic and again in 2019 were she took home 1st place and got her pro card. In between her second and third competition she took a break to focus on her personal training business, I.S.Fit. Currently, Irene is in training to compete in the WBFF Worlds in the Bahamas on August 10, 2019. Irene also tries to give back by getting involved with charities fighting human trafficking and raising money for cancer research.

Kai Greene 🇺🇸
Soccer - San Antonio FC
Kai is a pro player for San Antonio FC. He also played for RGV FC where most of his community work began. During his time in the Valley, he aided families separated at the border by supplying them with water as they were running dry. Aside from that, he's heavily involved with at-risk youths. He was a mentor at the Evins Regional Detention Center, brought 3 kids to attend a home opener, and hosted a soccer clinic at the detention center bringing his team to help out. The clinic was a huge success and caught the attention of the local news. He currently mentors in San Antonio at the Bexar County Probation Center where he's looking for new ways of making a difference, potentially by developing a youth center in the future.

Phoenetia Browne 
Soccer - Åland United
Phoenetia is the captain of the St. Kitts and Nevis National Women’s Football Team, and previously a student-athlete at Columbia University and The University of Texas – Austin. She played professionally for UMF Sindri in Iceland, Croix de Savoie in France and U Olimpia Cluj in Romania. Currently she plays for Åland United in Finland. She's also the founder of “Play More Live Better (PMLB) Recruiting Services”, a recruiting service to assist female footballers in St. Kitts and Nevis with acquiring scholarships to attend and play football at colleges/universities. She's passionate about showing younger girls in the Caribbean that pursuing sport is an option for them.

Marty Jackson 
Para Ice Hockey/Shotput - Team Australia
Marty is an Australian para-ice hockey & shotput athlete. Marty took on shotput after a life-changing injury. He had been playing american football for over a decade with the Geelong Buccaneers, when a misguided tackle from a teammate dislocated his knee, destroyed ligaments & damaged nerves. After his knee surgery, he decided to commit to athletics & has gone on to earn podium finishes at the last 3 National Championships, silver at the Commonwealth Games & bronze at the inaugural 2018 World Para Ice Hockey Championships (C-Pool). Marty hopes to inspire people to become their best selves on and off the field, and help those with acquired injuries through their recovery and into para sport.

Josh Baker 🇺🇸
MMA
Josh “The Hebrew Hammer” Baker is a professional MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter. He started out as a collegiate wrestler which paved the way for a career in fighting. He is also a 2018 JSWL Hall of Fame inductee for being part of the #5 high school team in the country back in 2006. He is also the head coach for the Old Bridge Mat Rats who are 3-time defending Mid-Jersey League Champions and he is the assistant coach for Old Bridge High School as well. Josh is also part of the AGA (American Grappling Alliance), which is a non-profit that helps get youth, that can’t afford to wrestle, involved. The goal is to get children active and interested in wrestling.

Kaye Scott 🇦🇺
Boxing - Team Australia
Kaye is an Olympic level boxer for Team Australia. She fell in love with boxing nearly 10 years ago through her local gym, just participating in fitness boxing classes while studying at university. Now, she has made the Australian Boxing Team, she competed twice at the Commonwealth Games and winning one bronze medal, she’s ranked the number 1 welterweight in the country, and she had her best ever performance in 2016 with a silver medal at the Boxing World Championships! In addition to boxing, she’s passionate about women’s participation in sport. She loves to encourage exercise and sport as a way to develop confidence, build self-esteem, create a healthy body image and to prove to women that they can pursue whatever sport they fall in love with.

Josef Gotsch 🇺🇸
Handball/Wallball - Team USA
Josef is a professional handball/wallball player from New York. When he found handball, he immediately fell in love and the rest is history. Thus far, Josef has come 1st at the World Championships, 1st five times at the Open 4 Wall Championships, 3rd in the 3 Wall X Games, 3rd at the World Championships, 3rd at the London Opens, and plenty of other podium finishes along the way. He loves the fact that this sport has so much potential to grow and wants to play a role in bringing it to the masses. Aside from handball, he’s heavily involved with the Inner City Handball Association, which teaches the sport to kids, funds programs, provides schools with merchandise and equipment, and hosts events to get the community involved in handball.

Simon Skrabb 🇫🇮
Soccer - Brescia Calcio
Simon is a professional Finnish soccer player for Swedish 1st Division side IFK Norrköping. Simon started out playing in Finland for FF Jaro where he quickly established himself as one of the most gifted youngsters in Finland. Simon is still the youngest player in Finnish history to score in the first division. After FF Jaro, he signed for Swedish 1st Division side Atvidabergs FF, before moving to Gefle IF on loan and then making a permanent move to IFK Norrköping. He has now earned a contract with Serie A side, Bresica Calcio. Simon has earned 11 caps for the senior men’s Finnish National Team and was even up for the Puskas Award in 2016 with an epic “Scorpion Kick” goal. Simon is passionate about bettering the environment.

Zohreh Abdollahkhani 🇮🇷
Ice Climbing
Zohreh is a professional ice climber from Iran. She went pro in rock climbing at the age of 18 and only 2 years later won her first national medal. She competed for 7 years until she found ice climbing and then switched exclusively to that. She has represented Iran at a number of competitions and her bronze at the Asian Championships in 2014, made her the first Iranian female athlete to win an international medal in the sport. She is now training to become a professional referee, advocating for the sport to be included in the Olympics, and trying to pave a way for other women, especially from Iran, to take up the sport of climbing. She is also a passionate humanitarian involved with Iran’s Zero Hunger initiative!

Mohammed Basith Ali 🇮🇳
MTB Stunt Riding
Basith, aka B-Boy KRz, is a professional MTB stunt rider from Kerala, India, currently on India’s #1 MTB stunt riding team, The KNIGHT RYDERz. He picked up the sport in the 8th grade and only 2 years later managed to go pro. So far, he has done over 100 shows around India and him and his team have won two major competitions. He’s fallen in love with the sport and is trying to grow it among the youth in India. The KNIGHT RYDERz have also put on a number of charity shows for orphans, cancer patients, and other children in their area. They paid for the entire show to give the children an amazing night to remember. He said that seeing their excitement was one of the best moments in his life.

Alexis Velela 🇺🇸
Soccer - San Diego 1904 FC
Alexis is a 21-year-old professional soccer player for NPSL side ASC San Diego. Alexis previously represented the New York Cosmos and also made some appearances for the U20 US Men’s National Team. He hopes to one day play in the MLS or overseas. Aside from marshalling the back line for ASC San Diego, he also enjoys making a difference in the community. Him and his teammates joined law enforcement officials, local media personalities and many more at the 19th Annual Celebrity Waiter Luncheon this year to serve underserved youth food as “celebrity waiters.” He hopes to continue using his platform to make a positive impact on the people and the community around him.

Izabella Rapacz 🇵🇱🇺🇸
Volleyball - Energetyk Poznan
Izzy is a pro volleyball player for Energetyk Poznan. Prior to signing pro, Izzy attended Temple University. While there, she was named to the All-Conference team 3x, she was the program’s 1st unanimous 1st-Team All-Conference selection, she was a 2-time Offensive & Defensive Conference Player of the Week, she was named the Under Armour Athlete of the Month 2x & was named the Team MVP. All this earned her 2 call-ups to the US Women’s National Team try-outs. During her first season in Poland, she has managed an impressive career high of 28 points in a game, 5 games with 20+ points & she has been named the game MVP 2x. Outside volleyball, Izzy is looking to get involved in the battle against hungry.

Matthew Cemovic 🇨🇦
Motocross
Matthew is a 17-year-old Canadian motocross rider. He started racing at 10, but struggled at first. His parents then took him to the US to train for a month. After returning, Matthew won his first race and continued winning after that. His parents then decided to take him back to the US to train again. After coming home, he won the Supermini Championship and became number one in his category. He recently achieved his dream of qualifying for the Loretta’s, the biggest amateur national in the world. He hopes that it will be a big step towards going pro. Off the track, Matthew is passionate about cancer and brain injury research, as his brother was diagnosed with cancer twice and his sister suffered a TBI and was presumed dead.

Arturo Camarena Torres 🇲🇽
Freerunning/Parkour
Arturo is a professional freerunner/parkour athlete from Mexico. He grew up loving extreme sports and was quite gifted in skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, and climbing. He eventually found parkour and the rest is history. He has been training and competing for 10 years and in 2017 he came 2nd in the National Championships in Mexico. Due to the lack of opportunity in Mexico, Arturo is currently training in order to come and compete in the Sport Parkour League in America. When Arturo isn’t focusing on his own parkour, he is trying to spread the sport among the youth in Valle de Bravo in Mexico. He teaches young children for Yoghika en Movimiento and hopes to continue to bring the sport to the masses.

Melissa Bullen 🇨🇦
Motorsport
Melissa is a stock car racer from Barrie, Ontario. She's spent her whole life around the race track and started driving herself in 2015. She currently races competitively in the 4cylinder Mini Stock division at Peterborough Speedway for Bullen Racing. In 2016, she was 56th out of the top 100 drivers who competed in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Division IV. When she’s not on the track, Melissa can be found in the shop working on her team's cars, out playing soccer, in the classroom studying Medical Office Administration or working as an Early Childhood Educator. Melissa loves racing and he wants to do her part in getting more girls more involved with racing.

Adham Samaha 🇶🇦
Karate - Team Qatar
Adham Hashem Samaha is a professional Karateka competing for the Qatar National Team. He has been competing in Karate since 1995 and his professional international debut came back in 2001. Since then, he has earned a number of international honors and he has also won many international titles, including West Asian Champion, Arab Champion, and Arabian Gulf Champion. Aside from Karate, he is passionate about cancer and inflammatory bowel disease research as it is something he himself has battled with. He is also hoping to eventually undertake a project to help orphans and battle poverty in some way.

Michael Whitehouse 
Ironman Triathlon
Michael is an Ironman triathlete from the Redlands Coast in Queensland, Australia. He is a current member of M5 Academies, a high performance squad catering for elite age group triathletes. His list of accolades include 1st place at the Tweed Coast Enduro in 2018, 3rd place at the Noosa Traithlon in 2018, 1st at the Tweed Coast Enduro in 2019, and 2nd place at the 2019 Ironman Australia. His second place finish at the 2019 Ironman Australia earned him at spot at the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Aside from competing, Michael is passionate about two organizations: Sea Shephard, which aims to protect oceanic ecosystems in Australia, and RSPCA, which is an animal protection organization.

Lexie Priessman 🇺🇸
Gymnastics
Lexie competed as a gymnast for 4 years on the USA National Team. Lexie competed in Italy, Germany, Japan and many other places winning Gold as an individual and as a team. Lexie then committed to LSU on a full ride where she became SEC bar champion and was part of a 3x SEC championship team who made history. Lexie’s biggest accomplishment has always been giving back. Lexie won the Leadership and Community Service award and the TIGER award for giving back and not letting the adversity in her life stop her. She is also the 2019 Athlete CRUSH College Impact Random Act of Kindness Award winner. Lexie is now coaching, sharing her story and giving back to charities that are close to her heart.

Sekou Bangoura 🇺🇸
Tennis
Sekou is a professional tennis player from America. He played for the Florida Gators at the collegiate level before moving on to the professional ranks. Sekou is on the road competing around the world about 30-35 weeks out of the year. His career best ATP singles ranking was 213th and his highest ITF ranking was 28th. He also competes in doubles with his career best ATP ranking being 147th. He has also managed to win an impressive 7 Futures titles. Sekou uses his tennis expertise to give back too. He coaches young children at a tennis academy back in Tampa, Florida. Aside from tennis, Sekou is a huge Dragonball Z, Marvel and DC fan, and loves going karting in the minimal downtime he has.

Danielle Inglis 🇨🇦
Curling - Team Canada
Danielle is a Canadian curler from Toronto. This past year, she won the World Mixed Curling Championship title (1st ever for Canada). She is also a two-time national university champion and a silver medallist at the 2009 World Universiade. Danielle was also named as the alternate/coach for Team Ontario competing at the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. When she’s not on the ice, Danielle can be found working for Curling Canada as the Coordinator of Social Media & Web Content, coaching curlers of all ages and skill levels, or volunteering as the President of the Toronto Curling Association raising money via the Kurl for Kids charity event to support kids in crisis.

Herbert White III 🇺🇸

Herbert is a Guinness Book World Record Holder from Lumberton, New Jersey. He started getting into fitness in January 2012 to overcome stress and take care of his body. In 2014, he became a Certified Personal Trainer with ACE Fitness specializing in Sports Conditioning, Functional Training, and Weight Management. As a child, he was always fascinated by the Guinness Book of Records. Then, in March 2019, he hosted an event at Diesel Gym in North Brunswick, New Jersey for the Guinness Book of World Records: Heaviest Zercher Squat with a record breaking 637lb / 289.21kg Zercher Squat. He wants to empower people through fitness and fight in the battle against bullying of all forms.

Shelbie Kovach 🇺🇸
Dance
Shelbie is an ex-NBA and NFL cheerleader and current professional dancer & model. She was a member of the Arizona State University Spirit Squad for all 4 years of her college career. While at ASU, she was also a member of The Competition Team. With that team she travelled to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL every year to compete for the National Title at UDA. She finished her senior year by coming 2nd at Nationals and being invited back to Walt Disney World to compete representing the USA, and as a World Champion in the category of Jazz at the ICU World Championships. After college she became a cheerleader for the Lakers for 2 seasons, 2013-2015, and the Rams for their first year back in LA, 2016-2017. Aside from dancing, she is passionate about the environment and Leonardo DiCaprio’s Foundation.

Brendon Creed 🇹🇹
Soccer - Police FC
Brendon is a professional soccer player from Trinidad & Tobago. He spent his whole life playing soccer and has appeared for his county's youth national team on multiple occassions. He moved to America to study and keep pursuing his dream of playing professionally. He attended Temple University for 4 years, solidifying his place at center back on the soccer team, and graduating with an honors degree in Civil Engineering. After his studies, he moved back home to Trinidad where he signed with first division side Police FC. He is extremely passionate about providing children with educational opportunities as his studies were what allowed him to pursue his deam. As well as being a professional player, he is also a tutor for children in his local area.

Hope Bevilhymer 🇺🇸
Para Ice Hockey - Team USA
Hope was born with bilateral clubfeet & tragically had to have her leg amputated. Amputation led to her founding The Limbs of Hope Foundation, which collects prosthetics in the US & gives them to developing countries around the world. She then put that on hold to try out for the US Women’s Para Ice Hockey team. She’s now in her 3rd season & has already won 2 gold medals, one coming from the Women’s Para Ice Hockey World Cup in 2018. Hope also recently signed for the Las Vegas Golden Knights to pursue the highest level of the sport. She continues to help others and her efforts made her the youngest recipient of the Volvo for Life Awards and the “Days of 47” Pioneer of Progress in Education, Health and Humanitarian Award. She was also awarded the West Jordan City’s Honoree Citizen Award.

Mick Lewandowski 🇦🇺
Ironman Triathlete
Mick is a professional Ironman triathlete from Australia. He used to be a competitive swimmer and surfer, but retired at 25 to help support his fiancé in her pursuit of becoming a doctor. He took up a job as a swimming coach and has been doing that ever since. Recently, he rediscovered his love for competitive sport and got back to training. His hard work paid off as he was accepted into the M5 Elite AG triathlon team. Within the M5 ranks, he has managed to work his way up to the M5 Pro Team which will start competing later this year. His sights are set on qualifying for the 70.3 and the Ironman World Championships. Aside from competing, Mick is passionate about supporting Arthritis Australia and MS Queensland.

Nicole Nieves 🇺🇸

Nicole is a current member of the USA Women’s National Sitting Volleyball Team, with whom she brought home gold from the 2016 Rio Paralympics. She is not only an incredible athlete, but also a passionate coach, dedicating a lot of her time to High School Boys and Girls volleyball, Middle School volleyball, and club volleyball. She is also a non-profit owner and the Director at Limitless People Inc. which provides unbiased volleyball opportunities to everyone. She is doing amazing things in the community and hopes to continue to positively impact the lives of others through sporting opportunities. She believes that sport is an avenue to a better life and wants to provide children of all ages with the opportunity to experience exactly that.

Clay is a professional
soccer player for USL Championship side, Charlotte Independence. Clay graduated from Belmont Abbey College, where he managed to score 19 goals in 46 games, and is now in the second year of his professional career. Clay plays in either defence or the midfield. Also, being a man of faith, he enjoys impacting the community around him, especially the youth. Clay is a hard-working servant leader, on and off the field.

Fatima Largaespada 🇲🇽🇳🇮
Fencing
Fatima is a Mexican Nicaraguan fencer who attended Top 10 Fencing school Temple University where she made the NCAA Championships 3 years in a row. Upon graduating, she was hired as the Head Coach for the first ever season of the DI team at Wagner College. Fatima was a member of the Mexican National Fencing Team from 2009 to 2012, but due to personal reasons, she decided to switch and start competing for Nicaragua. Last year she became the Central American Champion foil and sabre. She is currently training for the Olympic Qualifyers for Tokyo 2020. Fatima also started #LessExcusesMoreWork which is an initiative to give back to the fencing community in Nicaragua!

Shellton Jean Baptiste-Webster

Pickleball
Shellton “The Unicorn” JBW is a professional pickleball player from Haiti. Currently living in Utah, Shellton represents the best on and off the court for the fastest growing recreational sport in North America. Shellton began his pro-pickleball career in 2019 by being Team Electrum Pickleball's first Pro Player. Shellton is known for his unique style of play, as well as his outgoing personality off the court. In addition to competing in tournaments around the US, he coaches and provides clinics to adults and youth. 2020 is a full schedule for Shellton as he is set to play in 24 and up to 30 tournaments. Chloe Gorman 🇺🇸
Soccer - Estoril Praia G.D.
Chloe is an All-American soccer player from McDaniel College, who holds multiple school records in track. She recently took her talents overseas spending some time in France and making her professional debut this season for Estoril Praia G.D. in Portugal. In 2017, she was part of Team USA at the AMFutsal World Cup helping lead the team to its first world ranking. She not only has a degree in physics, but she holds a Blackbelt in Aikido as well. She hopes to inspire young athletes to become their best selves on and off the field, she looks forward to empowering girls to find their strength through sports.

Nathan Dortmann 🇫🇷
Ironman Triathlete
Nathan is a French ironman triathlete and coach now living in Australia. During his career, he's managed an impressive six first place finishes in his age group at competitions around the world, the biggest being the World Championships. Nathan also started his own coaching business, Multisport Coaching by Frenchie, which was contracted by M5 Management to coach/manage their triathlon academy consisting of elite age group athletes. Aside from competing, he also tries to make a difference. He and his team raise money bi-annually for a charity close to their hearts. Last year they raised money for arthritis due to one of their athlete’s sons suffering from the condition at the early age of 24.

Jaron Thomas 🇺🇸
Track & Field - University of North Texas
Jaron is a track and field athlete currently studying to earn his graduate degree from the University of North Texas. As an undergraduate student, he attended the University of Colorado where he competed as a dual hurdler and mile relay member. While there, he qualified for numerous conference and national finals, became the 3rd fastest hurdler in his school's track history in 3 events, and the 4th fastest in another. He's passionate about wanting to provide everyone with equal opportunities, especially in sport. In order to make a difference on that front, he has been involved with Queer and Trans People of Color, the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee for Black Student Leaders, the Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Committee, and was the President of Athlete Allies and SAAC.

Samiyah Worrell 
Basketball - Chadron State College
Samiyah is a women’s basketball athlete at Chadron State College. She is currently finishing up her undergraduate in physical education, and plans to pursue her masters and professional hall within the next few years. From Fountain, Colorado she is the leading scorer in points at her high school with 1456 points. She is passionate about gender equality in sports and wants to use her platform to inspire young girls and let them know they can be great too!

Bryan Vermeulen 🇧🇪
Jiu-Jitsu
Bryan is 15 years old and comes from Belgium. He competes in jiu-jitsu. Bryan was first exposed to the sport through an act he saw on Belgium’s Got Talent. He was fascinated and knew that he had to give it a go. He has been training and competing since then and he is now the current Belgian Champion, 3rd in Europe, and 9th in the World in his category. But, he isn't planning on stopping there. Bryan's dream is to one day become the World Champion in jiu-jitsu. The sport isn't very popular in his home country yet, so he is hoping to bring the sport to the masses. He wants to spread the joy and excitement that is jiu-jitsu.
