The SPRTER app is proud to introduce Limited Edition Signed Pictures!
What are Limited Edition Signed Pictures?
Limited Edition Signed Pictures are a new feature in the SPRTER app where sporters can upload images, sign them and/or add a message, limit the quantity made available for sale, and set the price. Other users can then purchase and collect them.
Users who buy them will have the limited edition signed picture appear under a new section on their profile called My Collection. Only limited edition signed pictures purchased through the SPRTER app can appear under this section – this is how you know they are originals. They cannot appear anywhere else.
Are these NFTs?
Although these limited edition signed pictures are unique and non-replicable (they can only be purchased through the SPRTER app and can only appear in one place, the My Collection section of the purchaser’s profile), they are not on the blockchain. So, they are not NFTs, but are unique and non-replicable. We do also have it in our plans to place these items on the blockchain down the road, so they will eventually become NFTs.

Why was this feature added?
What we are trying to accomplish through the SPRTER app is providing sporters with the tools to build their brand, monetize that brand, and connect with their supporters in a whole new way; we think NFTs are an interesting new craze that we think can help sporters do just that.
We want to make NFTs more accessible. Many have heard about them, but don’t know how to take advantage of it. That is what we are trying to help with. This makes the process super simple.
Although these aren’t NFTs, they are similar in the sense that these are unique collectible items that supporters can enjoy!
